First Prize: The Avalon Waterways Danube Dreams, 7-day European River Cruise ( Airfare from NB Included; and one overnight travel stay; dates fixed: November 17-24, 2025. (Value $15,000)

The prizes will be drawn in the following order:
The Prize Draw will take place on Friday, May 16, 2024, at approximately 2:00 pm (Atlantic Standard Time), at Imperial Theatre’s Season Launch, the draws will occur in the following order:
The Members* Only Prize – Private Film Screening at Imperial Theatre will be drawn first. (Value $3,500)
The Second prize of a CAA Travel Voucher (Value $5,000), will be drawn second.
The First prize of The Avalon Waterways Danube Dreams, 7-day European River Cruise (Value $15,000) Airfare from NB Included; dates fixed: Nov. 17-27, 2025. will be drawn third.
Winning raffle tickets will only be drawn once and will not be placed back in the pool for other draws.
*Members are defined as individuals who at the time of lottery purchase had already purchased an annual membership ($39.00) to Imperial Theatre in the 2024-2025 season.
No one under the age of 19 shall be eligible to purchase a raffle ticket or win a prize.
The winners of the prizes shall be determined and publicized. The winners will be notified by telephone. Winners shall be published on Imperial Theatre’s Social Media Accounts. The Winners do not need to be present at the draw.
Imperial Theatre shall be responsible for awarding all prizes and making all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winners.
Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of two (2) months for the First Prize and six (6) months for the other prizes from the date of the draw. If at that time the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize shall be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
Only the prizes as described and approved in the license application shall be awarded.
The two grand prizes are subject to availability and time restrictions. The trips cannot be exchanged for cash prizes. The Travel Packages will be booked and administered through: CAA Atlantic and Avalon Waterways.
The value of the prizes shall include the amount of any duty, tax, sales tax or other cost. Prizes shall be awarded free and clear of any mortgage, lien or any other encumbrances.
The winners of the trips are responsible for acquiring and paying for their travel insurance.
The winner of the trips is responsible for all other costs associated with the travel, including but not limited to meals and drinks not included in the package, spending money, additional and unexpected travel costs i.e. additional hotel rooms, taxi’s shuttles etc.
The total number of tickets printed shall be equal to 1,000. The tickets shall be serialized and numbered in such a way that no two tickets shall bear the same number.
Ticket prices shall be $100 each.
Tickets may be sold to anyone 19 years of age or older.
Tickets shall only be sold within the province of New Brunswick, Canada.
Imperial Theatre’s Executive Director and employees shall not be permitted to purchase raffle tickets or win prizes. Any person involved in the drawing or awarding of prizes shall not be eligible to win a prize.
Ticket sales will begin on February 21, 2025 at 12:00 pm and end on May 16th at 12:00 pm (Atlantic Standard Time).
Tickets may be purchased in person at the Imperial Theatre box office, online through the official website, or by phone during regular box office hours.
Payment for tickets may be made by credit/debit card. Credit/debit card payments can only be made through the online purchasing system or in person at the box office.
The non-profit arts organization shall maintain detailed records of ticket sales, including the name, address, and phone number of each purchaser, the ticket number, and the amount paid for each ticket.
The non-profit arts organization shall appoint an independent auditor to review the organization’s lottery procedures and records.
All lottery proceeds shall go directly towards the non-profit arts organization’s programs and services.
The non-profit arts organization shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding lotteries in the province of New Brunswick, Canada.
Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification from the lottery and/or legal action.
The non-profit arts organization reserves the right to amend or change these rules at any time without notice, provided that any such changes are approved by the licensing authority.
DISCLAIMER:
The Imperial Theatre Holiday Lottery is conducted by the non-profit arts organization, Imperial Theatre, with the goal of raising funds for its programs and services. By participating in this lottery, you agree to the following rules and regulations:
1. The prize amounts and order of draws are subject to change based on the number of tickets sold and the requirements set by the licensing authority. The non-profit arts organization reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations of the lottery, with approval from the licensing authority.
2. The total prize amounts are contingent upon the sale of a minimum 450 tickets or 45% of gross proceeds. In the event that the organization does not sell enough tickets to cover the prizes and the minimum 45% of gross proceeds, the organization will change the draw to a 50/50.
3. Imperial Theatre shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the conduct of the lottery, including but not limited to technical malfunctions or human error.
4. Only individuals aged 19 years or older, and who reside within the province of New Brunswick, Canada, are eligible to purchase tickets or win prizes.
5. Imperial Theatre’s Executive Director and employees are not eligible to participate in this lottery.
6. The winning raffle tickets for the three grand prizes will only be drawn once and will not be placed back in the container for further draws. The winners will be determined and publicized, and will be notified by telephone and/or email. The winners do not need to be present at the draw.
7. In the event that a prize is not claimed within the designated time frame and due to the time constraints associated with the travel deadlines the prize will be forfeited.
8. The non-profit arts organization shall maintain detailed records of ticket sales and appoint an independent auditor to review the organization’s lottery procedures and records.
9. The non-profit arts organization shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding lotteries in the province of New Brunswick, Canada.
10. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification from the lottery and/or legal action.
11. Imperial Theatre is not responsible for any changes, delays or travel interruptions and itineraries.
By participating in the Imperial Theatre Holiday Lottery, you acknowledge and agree to these rules.
Imperial Theatre and the non-profit arts organization shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or injuries (including personal injury or death) incurred as a result of participating in this lottery or claiming a prize.
