Donation Requests

Imperial Theatre is proud to support community fundraising efforts throughout Southern New Brunswick.

Each year, we provide a limited number of donation items to eligible local charities and organizations for use in fundraising events, raffles, prize draws, and silent auctions.

While we are unable to fulfill every request, we do our best to support initiatives that strengthen the communities we serve.

Please review the guidelines below before submitting your request.

Please note the following non-eligible candidates:

Individuals / personal requests
Political organizations
Organizations outside of the Southern New Brunswick Region
For-profit organizations

Imperial Theatre reserves the right to make exceptions to some of the above guidelines on a case-by-case basis.

Donation Request Procedures:

Please complete the Online Donation Request Form below.
All requests for support must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the event.
Monetary donations and sponsorship requests will not be considered.
Item selection is based on resource availability and will be at the discretion of Imperial Theatre.
Phone calls requesting a donation or inquiring about the status of a request will not be accepted.

Before you apply, please make sure that:

Your organization is located in Southern New Brunswick
Your request is for a charity, non-profit, or community fundraising event
Your event is at least 14 days away
You are requesting a donation item, not monetary support or sponsorship
You understand that donation items are limited and not all requests can be fulfilled
